Refund Policy

At Robinhood Telehealth, we are committed to providing high-quality telehealth and wellness services. Because our services involve scheduled time with professionals and/or digital content delivery, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.

1. General Policy

All purchases of telehealth consultations, coaching sessions, programs, and digital wellness services are non-refundable once delivered or rendered. Refunds will only be considered in specific, limited cases outlined below.

2. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

a. Client-Initiated Cancellations
  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours are non-refundable.

 

b. No-Shows
  • If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

c. Provider Cancellations
  • If a session is canceled by the provider or due to technical issues on our end, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

 

3. Wellness Program Refunds

Refunds are not available in the 3-month program once the program has started and digital materials (DNA nutrition report) have been performed and/or an RX for GLP has been issued.

If the member does not qualify for the GLP, then a refund and/or subscription cancellation minus the fee for the DNA fitness report ($350) will be executed.

Subscription cancellation for the 6-month program will be offered minus the services and digital content that have already been delivered with pricing as follows:

  • DNA nutrition reporting and analysis ($350)
  • Methylation reporting and analysis ($350)
  • Physician consultations and monthly program fee ($100) for each month that has already passed
  • Blood tests if applicable ($50)

 

4. Product Refunds (If Applicable)

If we offer physical wellness products:

  • If a DNA nutrition or wellness product is purchased a refund is available in full if that product kit has not yet been mailed.
  • If the kit for DNA has been sent, the $350 refund will be issued minus the cost of the kit ($20).

 

5. Digital Services and Content

All sales of downloadable content, assessments, and personalized wellness plans are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a technical error or duplicate charge.

6. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase or appointment
  • Reason for your refund request

 

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
